- All products except for custom sizes/orders are made to order and shipped between 3-4 days. Custom orders take 5-7 days to be shipped depending on the product.
- Once shipped, products take between 2-7 days to reach the customer depending on the location.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please note a charge of shipment will be levied on you payable in actuals.
- Any delay/issue in shipping will be communicated via Email/Whatsapp.
- Free shipping is applicable on orders above INR 2000
- In case of pre-paid orders where the customer is not able accept delivery, due to whatsoever reason, and the package is returned to warehouse, cost for further attempts will be borne by the customer.
- Handling charges of INR 100 is applied in case of Cash on delivery orders
- The Gusto reserves the right to cancel/modify orders that might seem fraudulent, contain unserviceable items, display price glitches etc before fulfilment. The same is communicated to the customer promptly.
Each of our product is made to order by hand hence we have a 7-day exchange only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects which need to be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep the box with you as we would not be able to pick the product without the box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org - If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how the package will be picked. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please note: Cost of shipping in case of Exchange/Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects are borne by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be made through UPI/Bank Transfer
